While our pieces are tarnish-resistant, we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to water, such as while showering or swimming, to maintain their shine. To keep your treasure looking its best, we include a polishing cloth with every order.

Returns & Store Credit

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit rather than refunds. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that postage fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition—free from scratches, damage, or alterations. Before returning an item, please contact us to receive the return address.

If your item arrives damaged during delivery, we will repair or replace it in compliance with the ACCC guidelines.

Earring Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are damaged or defective.
